Sheila is the host of Milestone Moments in Business and Leadership, a podcast born out of conversations she was no longer able to have when her term as SCORE Chair ended. She had spent two years talking with aspiring and existing entrepreneurs every day, helping them work through pain points, growth questions, and business decisions. When the term ended, the conversations did not have to.

So she started a podcast.

What she did not expect was that one of those conversations, the kind that happens after the recording stops, would change the trajectory of everything she was building. A guest who was a professor in AI and innovation looked at her and asked: why aren't you programming with AI?

She had been a programmer for decades. She had built software companies. She had built a STEM education program around an iPod touch in a third-world country so her children would be prepared for what was coming. But she was afraid of AI. She did not know where it was going.

Her message to every podcaster who is wondering whether any of it matters:
