Before Influence Radio Network, I co-founded IBGR Network, one of the early global business radio platforms, which helped establish the foundation for what I build today. In 2023, I launched Influence Radio Network, syndicated to radio directories in 130+ countries.

In 2026, I launched 365 Business Maker, the agency, podcast studio, and radio network built around that same belief: your message is the business. Through 365 Business Maker and its tagline Building Business for Good, I work with coaches, consultants, and experts through two flagship programs. The Client Acquisition System is a 12-month program that builds the authority platform and client generation system around your message. The Podcast Profit System guides podcasters through two tracks: launch and grow your show, or monetize the audience you have already built.

That belief became a book. Your Message Is the Business, co-authored with Dr. James Bryant, is an Amazon international bestseller and the philosophy behind the entire 365 Business Maker brand. I am also co-author of The Influencers Formula, an international bestseller ranked number one in three countries, and the creator of Business Podcasting Made Easy.

To date, I have produced over 15,000 podcast episodes with 1.6 million downloads, and several of my shows have ranked in the top 100 globally. I am honored to be recognized as one of Virginia's Top 50 Women Leaders and to have received the Lead and Lift Others Culture Award from John Maxwell. I am also a Certified John Maxwell Team leadership coach.
